Jen Huey has been in business consulting for over 15years, due to the demanding work environment and the requirements for long term traveling; she has been a regular customer to the SPA whenever she travels; especially in the last 7 years. Coming back to Singapore, she notices that a lot of the local SPA are very commercialize and mainly focusing in selling packages to the customer during their visit. This has causes too much of the unpleasant experience to a lot of people. In RIW SPA, She has ensured all her customers that there will not be aggressive sales and they can be totally relaxed throughout the visit. When designing the SPA menu, she has incorporate all the fabulous experiences she has gathered throughout her visits from different SPAs and designed a series of treatments not only focusing in relaxation but also targeting in the wellness of your body and bring you to an unforgettable journey of the SPA.
